1. A statement of purpose (At least one page of a statement of purpose)<\/p>\n

2. A Curriculum Vitae (CV) or resume<\/p>\n

3. An official transcript or current transcript:<\/p>\n

For Master\u2019s degree application\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

* Bachelor\u2019s degree transcript with at least GPA. 2.75<\/p>\n

For Doctoral degree application<\/strong><\/p>\n

* Bachelor\u2019s degree transcript, and Master\u2019s degree transcript with GPA. 3.50<\/p>\n

4. Certificate of English proficiency test as one as follows (if any):<\/p>\n

– TOEFL (PBT 400+, or IBT 32+) \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0or<\/p>\n

– IELTS 4.5+\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 or<\/p>\n

– TU-GET PBT 400+, or CBT 32+\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 or<\/p>\n

– TOEIC 500+<\/p>\n

Remark:<\/strong>\u00a0The applicant can apply for the online application even though there is no any certificate of English proficiency test.<\/p>\n

5. Citizen ID card or passport<\/p>\n

6. Research paper, publication or certificates (if any)<\/p>\n

7. Recent photograph (1 x 1.5 inches\u2019 size as jpeg. only)<\/p>\n
