UNICEF works with the national counterparts to develop policies and standards to address the equity and quality issues, and to pilot models and strategies for improving the quality of early childhood services for the disadvantaged children, especially children in rural areas, children left behind, children from ethnic minorities, and children who migrated. Support the production of Child-Friendly Kindergarten video lessons, including translating and editing documents.
