Scriu acest mesaj ca s\u0103 v\u0103 multumesc mult pentru \u00eencredere \u0219i s\u0103 v\u0103 spun urm\u0103toarele.<\/span>
S\u00eent con\u0219tient c\u0103 \u00een acest concurs<\/span> exist\u0103 candida\u021bi cu mai mult\u0103 experien\u021b\u0103 \u00een domeniul dreptului penal \u0219i cu ani buni lucra\u021bi \u00een sistemul procuraturii. \u00cens\u0103, la fel, stiu c\u0103 anume oamenii care cunosc mult drept penal, au o vast\u0103 experien\u021b\u0103 \u00een sistemul procuraturii \u0219i se numesc procurori – s-au f\u0103cut c\u0103 plou\u0103 c\u00e2nd crima organizat\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i subordona institu\u021biile de stat, sp\u0103la zeci de miliarde de dollari, fura rezervele BNM \u0219i organiza scheme de contraband\u0103 \u00een valoare de sute de milioane de euro (la acest subiect voi reveni separat).
Eu stiu c\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 reabilitarea institu\u021biei procuraturii \u0219i o reform\u0103 cuprinz\u0103toare \u0219i credibil\u0103 a autorit\u0103\u021bii judec\u0103tore\u0219ti, Moldova va ram\u00e2ne ceea ce este acum – un stat corupt \u0219i s\u0103rac.
Sint con\u0219tient de faptul c\u0103 asumarea acestei func\u021bii este una din cele mai dificile \u0219i periculoase provoc\u0103ri din c\u00e2te exist\u0103 \u00een Republica Moldova \u0219i s\u00eent convins de faptul c\u0103 un Procuror General capabil s\u0103 fac\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 provoc\u0103rii \u0219i s\u0103 contribuie la reformarea \u0219i reabilitarea procuraturii, cine nu ar fi acesta, poate \u0219i trebuie s\u0103 fie identificat exclusiv din afara sistemului procuraturii.
\u00cenc\u0103 odat\u0103 vreau s\u0103 v\u0103 multumesc pentru sus\u021binere \u0219i s\u0103 v\u0103 promit c\u0103 indiferent de rezultatul acestui concurs eu voi face tot ce-mi st\u0103 \u00een puteri s\u0103 avem institu\u021bii integre \u0219i o \u021bar\u0103 prosper\u0103.\u201d<\/span><\/span>
