The Stephen M. Kellen scholarship covers two years of tuition fees at Sciences Po and the living allowance of $6.000\/year.<\/div>\n<div>Sciences Po or Paris Institute of Political Studies is a university located in Paris, France. Kellen:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellence \u2013 as reflected in academic achievement;<\/li>\n<li>Vision \u2013 as demonstrated through a written submission on a selected topic;<\/li>\n<li>Generosity \u2013 as shown in a commitment to service to others.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>English Language Requirements:\u00a0<\/strong>Language requirements are:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>French B2<\/li>\n<li>German B2<\/li>\n<li>English B1<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>SCHOLARSHIP<\/h1>\n<div>The Stephen M.
