Potrivit calculelor efectuate pana in prezent, in cazul vederii monoculare <i>puterea de separare <\/i>sau <i>de rezolutie <\/i>a  ochiului nostru este de cca. 0,075mm, iar in ipoteza vederii  binoculare, nu mai pot fi percepute spatial obiecte sau detalii situate  la un interval mai mic de 0,1mm<sup>2<\/sup>. Din aceasta cauza este  firesc sa se apeleze la instrumente care sa faca vizibile  caracteristicile existente dincolo de limitele mentionate.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white; line-height: 150%; margin-right: 11.3pt; text-align: justify;\"><b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\"><span>&nbsp;<\/span>Lupa. <\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">Lupa  este cel mai simplu instrument optic de marit care nu trebuie sa  lipseasca din nici o trusa sau laborator de criminalistica. Ea este  folosita curent pentru descoperirea urmelor la fata locului, precum si  in examinarea initiala a mijloacelor materiale de proba (diverse obiecte  sau instrumente, inscrisuri falsificate etc.). Principalele categorii  de lupe utilizate in criminalistica sunt: <i>lupele simple, <\/i>formate dintr-o singura <span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.7pt;\">lentila<\/span> convergenta si <i>lupele compuse, <\/i>alcatuite dintr-un sistem convergent de lentile.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white; line-height: 150%; margin-right: 1.9pt; text-align: justify;\"><b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\"><span>&nbsp;<\/span>Microscopul optic. <\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">Microscopul  este un instrument optic, de cercetare, fara de care nu poate fi  conceputa examinarea urmelor si nici desfasurarea procesului de  identificare. Din punct de vedere constructiv, microscoapele se compun  din doua parti prin-cipale: <i>partea optica <\/i>si <i>partea mecanica, <\/i>carora li se adauga diverse accesorii, printre cele mai importante fiind dispozitivele de iluminare si de microfotografiere.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white; line-height: 150%; margin-right: 1.7pt; text-align: justify;\"><b><i><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\"><span>&nbsp;<\/span>Partea optica <\/span><\/i><\/b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">a microscopului este formata dintr-un <i>obiectiv <\/i>si un <i>ocular. <\/i>Fiecare  dintre ele se defineste prin anumite caracteristici optice de care se  tine seama in stabilirea modalitatilor de examinare. De exemplu, <i>caracteristicile obiectivului <\/i>microscopului sunt urmatoarele :<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\"><b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">a<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/b><i><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">grosismentul, <\/span><\/i><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">sau puterea de marire a obiectivului care poate ajunge la 120x, fiind indicat pe acesta (lOx, 25x etc.);<a href=\"\" name=\"more\"><\/a><\/span><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\"><span>&nbsp;<\/span><b>b<span>&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/b><i>apertura, <\/i>respectiv unghiul maxim sub care razele de lumina patrund in obiectiv; <b><i>c <\/i><\/b><i>puterea de rezolutie, <\/i>care  exprima capacitatea de distingere a unui numar cat mai mare de detalii  (rezolutie), indicata printr-un numar zecimal (0,15; 0,30 etc.);<i> <b>d <\/b>claritatea, <\/i>ea fiind direct proportionala cu luminozitatea obiectivului etc.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\"><b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">Partea mecanica <\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">a microscopului se compune din tubul mecanic care <span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.05pt;\">sustine ocularul, revolverul in care se monteaza obiectivele, un stativ si o masa cu <\/span>dispozitive  de deplasare grosiere, talpa de sustinere a microscopului .In  constructia microscoapelor moderne, asa cum sunt ele folosite si in  laboratoarele criminalistice, intalnim o multitudine de accesorii pentru  examinari complexe, asupra carora nu ne oprim.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\"><b><i><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">Sistemele de iluminare<\/span><\/i><\/b><i><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\"> <\/span><\/i><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">in  microscopia optica isi au, de asemenea,importanta lor specifica atat in  cercetarea propriu-zisa, cat si in efectuarea de microfotografii.  Astfel, pentru iluminare se folosesc trei sisteme principale: iluminarea  laterala sau incidenta, iluminarea prin obiectivul microscopului si, in  fine,prin lumina transmisa.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white; line-height: 150%; margin-right: 7.2pt; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white; line-height: 150%; margin-right: 7.2pt; text-align: justify;\"><b><span lang=\"NL\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">Metode curente de cercetare in microscopie.<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"NL\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\"> <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">Dintre principalele moda<span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.1pt;\">litati de cercetare in microscopie, inclusiv in examinarile microscopice criminalis\u00ad<\/span>tice, amintim urmatoarele:<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white; line-height: 150%; margin: 0.95pt 8.4pt 0cm 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; letter-spacing: -0.1pt; line-height: 150%;\">a.<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\"> <i>Vizualizarea in camp luminos <\/i>a  obiectelor opace si transparente, destinata cercetarilor traseologice,  ale urmelor biologice, ale altor urme de natura organica sau anorganica  s.a.;<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white; line-height: 150%; margin-right: 10.3pt; text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; letter-spacing: -0.3pt; line-height: 150%;\">b.<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\"> <i><span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.05pt;\">Vizualizarea in camp intunecat, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.05pt;\">mai ales pentru observarea bacteriilor vii ori<br \/>\n<\/span>celulelor care nu pot fi colorate, necesara, de pilda,  identificarii naturii sau zonei din care pot proveni anumite urme  biologice;<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white; line-height: 150%; margin-right: 11.3pt; text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; letter-spacing: -0.35pt; line-height: 150%;\">c.<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\"> <i><span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.05pt;\">Ultramicroscopia, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.05pt;\">prin care pot fi depistate substante in stare coloidala (vezi <\/span>cercetarea resturilor de sol sau praf de dimensiuni foarte fine. Frecvent, cu acesta <\/span>se efectueaza examinarea initiala a  obiectului, pentru sesizarea caracteristicilor de baza si determinarea  modului de cercetare ulterioara.<span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.05pt;\">Sistemul optic al stereomicroscopului se compune <\/span>din<span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.05pt;\"> doua objective si doua <\/span>oculare, perceperea imaginii facandu-se <span style=\"letter-spacing: 1.05pt;\">din<\/span> doua unghiuri diferite, egale cu paralaxa stereoscopica a ochilor.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white; line-height: 150%; margin: 0cm 0.25pt; text-align: justify;\"><b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">Microscopul comparator.<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">Microscopul comparator, a carui paternitate<br \/>\n<span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.1pt;\">apartine in principal criminalistilor, are sistemul optic alcatuit <\/span>din<span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.1pt;\"> doua obiective si<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.15pt;\">un singur ocular, impartit in doua campuri. Este necesar ca cele doua obiective sa aiba <i>caracteristici identice; <\/i>obiectele cercetate sunt asezate in <i>aceeasi pozitie; <\/i>iluminarea se realizeaza cu <i>surse de <span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.05pt;\">lumina de acelasi tip <\/span><\/i><span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.05pt;\">si avand o intensitate egala<sup>1<\/sup>. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white; line-height: 150%; margin: 0.25pt 1.2pt 0cm 0.25pt; text-align: justify;\"><b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">Microscopul de polarizare.<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">Microscopul de polarizare ofera posibilitati<br \/>\n<span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.05pt;\">de cercetare mai largi, servind nu numai la observarea obiectelor dar chiar la efec\u00ad<br \/>\ntuarea unor determinari calitative de elemente aflate in compozitia unor corpuri<br \/>\n<\/span>aparent omogene sau asemanatoare&#8221;. Astfel, el este intalnit la examinarea<br \/>\ntrasaturilor de cerneala si creion, a hartiei, a fibrelor textile, a firului de par, a ur\u00ad<br \/>\n<span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.05pt;\">melor sub forma resturilor de materiale, a microurmelor s.a.<sup>3<\/sup>.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">Urmatoarele de criminalistica mai sunt Intrebuintate si altc tipuri de aparate, <span style=\"letter-spacing: 1.2pt;\">dintre<\/span> care mentionam:<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white; line-height: 150%; margin: 2.9pt 1.2pt 0cm 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">&#8211; Microscoapele de cercetare in <i>radiatii invizibile ultraviolete si infrarosii, <\/i>destinate  in special examinarii falsurilor in inscrisuri, a urmelor suplimentate  ale tragerilor cu armele de foc, precum si a unor categorii de urme  biologice.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white; line-height: 150%; margin-top: 0.5pt; text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">&#8211;<span>&nbsp; <\/span>Microscoapele pentru <i>masurarea dimensiunilor liniare sau a valorilor unghiulare, <\/i>care nu se deosebesc principial de microscoapele universale, dar dispun de accesorii<span>&nbsp; <\/span>necesare efectuarii<span>&nbsp; <\/span>cercetarii<span>&nbsp; <\/span>metrologice.<span>&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span>De exemplu, cu un astfel de microscop pot fi masurate caracteristicile ghin-turilor unei arme, dupa urmele lasate pe proiectile.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white; line-height: 150%; margin-top: 0.5pt; text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">&#8211;<span>&nbsp; <\/span>Microscoapele pentru <i>controlul rugozitatii suprafetelor. <\/i>Acest  instrument isi gaseste aplicatii in criminalistica la cercetarea  microreliefului obiectelor purtatoare de urme, ale instrumentelor de  spargere. Capacitatea de marire a acestor instrumente este suficient de  mare pentru a se putea releva detalii sau denivelari de ordinul  milimicronilor<sup>1<\/sup>.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white; line-height: 150%; margin: 6pt 7.9pt 0cm 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">Microscoapele electronice. <\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">Aprofundarea  investigatiilor destinate relevarii unor detalii sau elemente  caracteristice deosebit de fine, practic invizibile prin mi-croscopia  optica, a facut necesara introducerea \u00a7i in criminalistica a tehnicilor  moderne de vizualizare, de tipul microscoapelor electronice.Microscopul  electronic are o constructie analoaga microscopului optic, in locul  razelor de lumina el folosind un fascicul de electroni. Partile sale  principale sunt: <i>sursa de electroni <\/i>(tunul electronic), lentilele electronice (electro-magnetice sau electrostatice), <i>lendle condensor <\/i>si <i>obiectiv, <\/i>precum si <i>ecramd fluo\u00adrescent de observare .<\/i><b>Microscopul electronic prin transmisie. <\/b>Microscoapele din aceasta categorie permit<span>&nbsp; <\/span>vizualizarea  structurilor interne, prin intermediul electronilor transmisi prin  structuri subtiri ale probelor. Avantajele prezentate de acest tip de  microscopic constau in :<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white; line-height: 150%; margin-top: 0.95pt; text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">&#8211;<span>&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span>Posibilitatea vizualizarii structurii interne a probelor examinate.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">&#8211; Capacitatea de rezolutie, care este de ordinul distantelor interatomice (1,4-3.10<sup>10<\/sup>mm). <\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">&#8211;<span>&nbsp; <\/span>Posibilitatile mari de evaluare si identificare a elementelor de structura sau a morfologiei microparticulelor. <\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\"><b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">&#8211; <span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">Puterea de marire, ce depaseste lOO.OOOx.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white; line-height: 150%; margin: 0.95pt 0cm 0cm 2.4pt; text-align: justify;\"><b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">Microscopul electronic cu baleiaj (&#8220;scanning&#8221;). <\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">Este  o tehnica socotita complementara microscopiei electronice prin  transmisie, care s-a dovedit, in ultimul timp, deosebit de valoroasa In  investigatiile criminalistice de laborator. In expertiza unor <i>urme fiziologice <\/i>(sperma, saliva), a <i>firului de par, <\/i>precum si a <i>urmelor de afumare, <\/i>tipice tragerilor cu armele de foe, se pare ca ea va deveni de nelnlocuit&#8221;.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white; Natura elementului este <\/span>stabilita cu ajutorul <span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.85pt;\">liniilor<\/span> spectrale celor mai intense, mai persistente, asa-numitele <i>linii ultime .<\/i><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white; line-height: 150%; margin: 0.5pt 0.25pt 0cm 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">Determinarile cantitative<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\"> sunt destinate stabilirii concentratiei unui ele\u00ad<span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.35pt;\">ment dintr-o proba, in functie de intensitatea radiatiei spectrale emise de atomii <\/span>lui.<span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.15pt;\"> <\/span><span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.05pt;\">Observarea sau inregistrarea spectrelor se face atat cu ochiul liber (limitat, fi<\/span>reste, numai la radiatia vizibila), cat si cu mai multe tipuri de receptori, cum sunt, <span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.05pt;\">de exemplu, peliculele fotografice, fotoelementele, celulele fotoelectrice etc.<\/span> <span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.05pt;\">Privitor la analiza spectrala prin emisie, fata de avantajele pe care le prezinta, <\/span>trebuie sa atragem atentia si asupra unui anumit neajuns, constand in faptul ca <span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.05pt;\">aceasta metoda are un <i>caracter distructiv. <\/i><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white; line-height: 150%; margin: 0.5pt 0.25pt 0cm 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">Analiza spectrala prin absorbtie.<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\"> Analiza spectrala prin absorbtie este o<br \/>\n<span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.1pt;\">metoda caracterizata printr-un inalt grad de sensibilitate, deseori superior analizei<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.3pt;\">spectrale prin emisie si indispensabila in analiza lichidelor (organice sau anorganice), a<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.2pt;\">corpurilor amorfe, a cristalelor sau a unor probe ce contin peste trei elemente chimice<br \/>\n<\/span>care se manifesta in aceeasi regiune a spectrului.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white; line-height: 150%; margin: 6.25pt 1.45pt 0cm 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\"><span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/b><b><span lang=\"NL\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">Variante ale analizei spectrale de absorbtie. <\/span><\/b><span lang=\"NL\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">In  analizele criminalistice de laborator, alaturi de spectroscopia prin  absorbtie in radiatii vizibile sau ultraviolcte, se folosesc si alte  variante ale acestei metode. <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">Printre cele mai modcrne si mai adecvate scopurilor urmarite de organele judiciare se numara:<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white; line-height: 150%; margin: 6.25pt 1.45pt 0cm 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">Spectrofotometria in radiatii infrarosii, <\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\"><span>&nbsp;<\/span>reprezinta o metoda cu posibi<span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.05pt;\">litati largi de investigare stiintifica si, in prezent, aproape de nelnlocuit in analiza asa <\/span>numitelor <i>urmelor materie, <\/i>de  tipul unnelor de produse petroliere sau lubrifianti, a cosmeticelor,  vopselelor si substantelor dizolvante, adezivilor, cauciucurilor. <\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white; line-height: 150%; margin-right: 4.8pt; text-align: justify;\"><b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">Spectrometria de masa <\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">este o metoda analitica moderna de analiza structurala.<br \/>\nPentru efectuarea acestui gen de examinare, de mare finete, este  necesara, in prealabil, o fractionare sau preseparare a urmelor-materie  prin cromatografie pe coloana, sau in strat<br \/>\nsubtire. Prin spectrometria de masa pot fi identificati compusi de <i>naturd toxicologica, <\/i>compararea spectrelor putandu-se realiza pe cale computerizata. De asemenea, pot fi analizate <i>untie biologice, <\/i>stabilindu-se prezenta in ele a unor <i>produse tranchilizante. <\/i>Analiza este utila si in cazul unnelor de incendiu sau a produselor petroliere, cu condi-tia ca ele sa nu fie contaminate chimic<sup>3<\/sup>.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white; line-height: 150%; margin: 0cm 7.7pt 0cm 5.5pt; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white; line-height: 150%; margin-right: 7.7pt; text-align: justify;\"><b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">Spectroscopia de absorbtie atomica <\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">este,  la randul ei, una dintre cele mai noi si mai valoroase metode de  spectroscopic calitativa si cantitativa. Metoda desi nu se deosebeste  principial de metodele amintite anterior, in care curba speci\u00adfica de  absorbtie era masurata cu un fascicul relativ monocromatic &#8211; are drept  modalitate esentialS de investigare tehnica un fascicul de o mare  puritate spectrala, obtinut cu un monocromator caracterizat printr-o  deosebit putere de rezolutie .<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white; line-height: 150%; margin-right: 7.7pt; text-align: justify;\"><b><span lang=\"NL\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">Alte metode de analiza spectrala. <\/span><\/b><span lang=\"NL\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">Gama  metodelor de analiza spectrala este astazi foarte diversa, alaturi de  metodele mentionate mai sus, de metodele spectroscopiei de difuzie,  aflandu-se si altele, deosebit de valoroase pentru investi-gatiile  criminalistice de laborator. <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">Dintre  acestea, dorim sa mentionam pe acelea care reprczinta tclinici de varf  ale analizei spectrale si care au Iargit posibilitatile de examinare a  urmelor materie.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white; line-height: 150%; margin: 1.9pt 0.25pt 0cm 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">Spectroscopia <\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">in <b>raze <\/b>X, in care un loc particular <i>il datitie difractia in<br \/>\nradiatii X, <\/i>estc folosita cu succes la iclentificarea si studiul  substantelor cristaline sau ale unor combinatii organice. Din  multitudinea de urme descoperite si ridicate de la fata locului, unele,  cum sunt, de exemplu, urmele de sol, de vopsea sau metale, pot fi supuse  analizei roentgen structurale.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white; line-height: 150%; margin: 1.9pt 0.25pt 0cm 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">Microanaliza prin spectroscopie in radiatii X se efectueaza concomitent cu <i>microscopia electronica cu baleiaj. <\/i>Se  apreciaza de catre specialist, ca volumul de substanta detectabil prin  acest gen de analiza poate cobori sub 10-15, iar precizia evaluarii  cantitative ajunge la \u00b11 la suta.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white; line-height: 150%; margin: 1.9pt 0.25pt 0cm 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">Microanaliza spectrala cu excitatie laser <\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;\">s-a impus recent in multe<br \/>\ndomenii ale stiintei (medicina, biologie, metalurgie, mineralogie)  datorita posibilitatilor oferite de emisia de tip laser de a evapora  parti de cateva zeci de microni dintr-o proba, realizandu-se astfel 0  analiza spectrala de emisie.
