\nDreptul fiscal est o parte component\u0103, o subramur\u0103 a dreptului financiar care cuprinde norme juridice de drept material \u015fi norme de drept procedural. \u00cen categoria normelor de drept material intr\u0103 cele care reglementeaz\u0103 obiectul impunerii, subiectele raportului juridic de impunere privind impozite, taxe \u015fi alte venituri bugetare.<\/span><\/div>\n
