Conflictul latent poate r\u0103m\u00e2ne \u00een aceast\u0103 stare f\u0103r\u0103 a evolua, dar se \u015fi  poate transforma \u00eentr-o situa\u0163ie iremediabil deterio-rat\u0103.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.blogger.com\/blogger.g?blogID=4202955034125599721\" name=\"more\"><\/a><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\">\nConflictul perceput poate \u00eembr\u0103ca urm\u0103toarele forme:<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\">\n\u2013 conflict latent, dar neperceput;<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\">\n\u2013 conflict latent existent, dar neperceput;<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\">\n\u2013  conflictul latent inexistent, dar perceput ca existent; situa\u0163ia poate  \u00eembr\u0103ca forma conflictului perceput f\u0103r\u0103 ca, de fapt, s\u0103 fi existat  vreun conflict latent.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\">\nEtapa  conflictului perceput este caracterizat\u0103 de apari\u0163ia unei componente  emo\u0163ionale, \u00een sensul c\u0103 cei implica\u0163i pot s\u0103 \u00eenceap\u0103 s\u0103 se simt\u0103  ostili, tensiona\u0163i, anxio\u015fi sau din contr\u0103, \u00een cazul conflictului  pozitiv, entuzia\u015fti, mai ambi\u0163io\u015fi \u015fi gata de a porni la ac\u0163iune.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\">\nConflictul  sim\u0163it este deja un conflict \u201epersonalizat\u201c, av\u00e2nd caracteristici  tipice individului \u015fi, adeseori, are ca prime forme de manifestare  comunicarea defensiv\u0103 sau agresiv\u0103. Discu\u0163iile de grup, discu\u0163iile interpersonale, \u015fedin\u0163ele pot constitui  \u00een aceast\u0103 etap\u0103 o \u201esupap\u0103 de siguran\u0163\u0103\u201c.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\">\nConflictul  manifest este comportarea observabil\u0103 alimentat\u0103 de percep\u0163ii \u015fi  sentimente latente \u015fi poate lua calea fie a \u201eluptei\u201c deschise care va  genera un \u00eenving\u0103tor \u015fi un \u00eenvins, fie se poate constitui \u00eentr-o  \u00eencercare de a stabili obiective comune.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\">\nExist\u0103 trei forme importante de interven\u0163ie \u00een situa\u0163ii de conflict manifest: negocierea, medierea \u015fi arbitrarea.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\">\nNegocierea  este procesul de comunicare care are ca scop atingerea unei \u00een\u0163elegeri.  Cele dou\u0103 p\u0103r\u0163i ac\u0163ioneaz\u0103 \u00eempreun\u0103 pentru a reduce diferen\u0163ele dintre  ele. Dac\u0103 negocierea nu rezolv\u0103 conflictul, se recurge la mediere.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\">\nMedierea  este forma de interven\u0163ie prin care se promoveaz\u0103 reconcilierea sau  explicarea, interpretarea punctelor de vedere, pentru a fi \u00een\u0163elese  corect de c\u0103tre ambele p\u0103r\u0163i. Este de fapt negocierea unui compromis  \u00eentre puncte de vedere, nevoi sau atitudini ostile sau incompatibile.  Medierea presupune, de regul\u0103, existen\u0163a unei a treia p\u0103r\u0163i care s\u0103  intervin\u0103 \u00eentre p\u0103r\u0163ile \u00een disput\u0103. Aceast\u0103 persoan\u0103 \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103 ajute  cele dou\u0103 p\u0103r\u0163i \u00een conflict s\u0103 ajung\u0103 la o decizie satisf\u0103c\u0103toare pentru  ambele p\u0103r\u0163i.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\">\nDac\u0103 nici medierea nu rezolv\u0103 conflictul, se poate recurge la arbitraj.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\">\nArbitrajul  const\u0103 \u00een audierea \u015fi definirea problemei conflictuale de c\u0103tre o  persoan\u0103 de specialitate sau desemnat\u0103 de o autoritate.
