Economia rom\u00e2neasc\u0103 a fost practic  subordonat\u0103 celei sovietice care a pr\u0103dat-o \u015fi a jefuit-o. Aceast\u0103 s-a  datorat \u015fi faptului c\u0103 in Rom. exista armata sov, iar toate institu\u0163iile  de stat, polit, econ, de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt, de cultur\u0103, armata, serviciile de  informa\u0163ii, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blogger.com\/blogger.g?blogID=4202955034125599721\" name=\"more\"><\/a>aveau consilieri sovietici care \u00ee\u015fi  impuneau politica proprie intereselor sovietice. Rela\u0163iile externe \u00een  ansamblul lor erau orientate spre Uniunea Sovietic\u0103. Pe plan extern,  primirea Rom\u00e2niei \u00een O.N.U., \u00een anul 1955. Pr. et.din per. guv. lui Dej  se \u00eencheie cu retragerea trupelor sov. de pe teritoriul \u0163\u0103rii. A 2 et. a  guv.se caracteriz. printr-o anumit\u0103 liberalizare a regim. comunist,  prin eliberarea de\u0163inu\u0163ilor politici din \u00eenchisori, continu\u00e2ndu-se  totodat\u0103 procesul de dezvoltare economic\u0103. Pe plan extern s-a promovat o  politic\u0103 de independen\u0163\u0103 fa\u0163\u0103 de Uniunea Sovietic\u0103 \u015fi o reorientare  spre occident.
