1) Bursa<\/b><\/st1:place><\/st1:city> de valori<\/b> – existenta unei institutii care dispune de spatii pt. tranzactii, unde se concentreaza cererea si oferta de titluri fin. si se realiz. negocierea, contractarea si executarea contractelor in conformitate cu un regulament cunoscut.<\/div>\n

2) Pietele interdealeri sau OTC<\/b> (over the conter) – permit accesul la tranzactii pt. un mare numar de titluri ce nu indeplinesc conditiile pt. a fi cotate la bursele propriu-zise. Nu au un spatiu delimitat unde se desf; preturile pot diferi mult de la o tranzactie la alta.<\/div>\n
