In condi\u0163iile contempora-ne, \u015fomajul este considerat ca neocuparea for\u0163ei de munc\u0103.
\nOcuparea for\u0163ei de munc\u0103 poate fi exprimat\u0103 \u00een 2 modele:
\na) Ca ocupare absolut\u0103 \u2013 prin num\u0103rul persoanelor, care particip\u0103 la activit\u0103\u0163ile utile societ\u0103\u0163ii.

\nb) durata (timpul de aflare a persoanei \u00een \u015fomaj);
