R.O.F. &#8211; ul;<br \/>2. Fi\u015fa postului;<br \/>3. Organigrama.<\/p>\n<p>1. R.O.F.-ul<br \/>Reprezint\u0103 documentul ce realizeaz\u0103 reprezentarea, cuprinz\u0103toare \u015fi detaliat\u0103, a structurii organizatorice a fimrei. R.O.F. \u2013ul descrie mecanismul de func\u0163ionare a firmei prin:<br \/>\u2022 stabilirea atribu\u0163iilor fiec\u0103rui departament;<br \/>\u2022 precizarea sarcinilor, competen\u0163elor, responsabilit\u0103\u0163ilor tuturor func\u0163iilor existente \u00een companie.<br \/>Rela\u0163iiile organizatorice sunt reflectate prin diagrame de rela\u0163ii.<\/p>\n<p>Un ROF este alc\u0103tuit din mai multe p\u0103r\u0163i:<br \/>I. Organizarea \u015fi func\u0163ionarea firmei, care cuprinde:<br \/>a. dispozi\u0163ii generale ce se refer\u0103 la:<br \/>&#8211; baza legal\u0103 a constituirii \u015fi func\u0163ion\u0103rii firmei;<br \/>&#8211; obiectul \u015fi domeniul de activitate;<br \/>&#8211; tipul firmei.<br \/>b. structura organizatoric\u0103 \u2013 enumerarea \u00een ordine descresc\u0103toare a nivelelor ierarhice \u015fi a subdiviziunilor organizatorice (compartimente, birouri, serviciile) ce le compun.<br \/>II. Atribu\u0163iile firmei;<br \/>III. Conducerea firmei:<br \/>a. atribu\u0163iile AGA;<br \/>b. atribu\u0163iile Consiliului de Administra\u0163ie;<br \/>c. atribu\u0163iile conducerii executive (Comitetul de Direc\u0163ie \u015fi directorii executivi) \u015fi responsabilit\u0103\u0163ile fiec\u0103rui organ;<br \/>IV. Compartimentele func\u0163ionale \u015fi de produc\u0163ie:<br \/>a. se procedeaz\u0103 la o descriere de detaliu a compartimentelor firmei \u015fi a func\u0163ionilor \u00eencorporate \u00een fiecrare din ele;<br \/>b. se descriu compartimentele \u00een ordinea succesiunii lor \u00een organigram\u0103 \u2013 compartimentele se grupeaz\u0103 pe module portivit subordon\u0103rii lor fa\u0163\u0103 de directori (compartimentele subordonte directorului de marketing, de produc\u0163ie, economic, etc.);<br \/>c. se precizeaz\u0103 atribu\u0163iile fiec\u0103ui compartiment din stuctura func\u0163ional\u0103 \u015fi din cea operativ\u0103, \u015fi se ilustreaz\u0103 prin diagrama de rela\u0163ii.<br \/>ROF \u00eendepline\u015fte un dublu rol:<br \/>1. rolul de stabilire, precizare a sarcinilor, competen\u0163elor \u015fi responsabilit\u0103\u0163ilor pentru organele colective de conducere \u015fi pentru directori, precum \u015fi pentru celelaltate func\u0163ii de conducere \u015fi pentru diferite compartimente \u015fi func\u0163ii de execu\u0163ie;<br \/>2. rolul de a oferi posibilitatea cunoa\u015fterii, de c\u0103tre fiecare salariat, a atribu\u0163iilor \u015fi sarcinilor specifice compartimentului \u00een care lucreaz\u0103 \u015fi rela\u0163iile cu celelate compartimente din cadrul structurii.<\/p>\n<p>2. Fi\u015fa postului \u2013 este un document important al ROF-ului, ce cuprinde:<br \/>\u2022 denumirea postului;<br \/>\u2022 obiectivele individuale ale postului;<br \/>\u2022 compartimentul \u00een care este cuprins;<br \/>\u2022 cerin\u0163ele specifice ale postului (studii, vechime, v\u00e2rsta, aptitudinile, deprinderile, calit\u0103\u0163ile);<br \/>\u2022 rela\u0163iile cu alte posturi (ierarhice, func\u0163ionale, de cooperare, de reprezentare);<br \/>\u2022 sarcinile, autoritatea \u015fi responsabilit\u0103\u0163ile fiec\u0103rui post.<br \/>Este nevoie ca fiecare fi\u015f\u0103 de post s\u0103 fie rev\u0103zut\u0103 periodic \u015fi adaptat\u0103 \u00een func\u0163ie de obiectivele generale ale firmei.<\/p>\n<p>3. Organigrama \u2013 este o reprezentare grafic\u0103 a structurii organizatorice a firmei.<br \/>De obicei, este constituit\u0103 din c\u0103su\u0163e dreptunghiulare &#8211; care reprezint\u0103 compartimentele sau posturile de conducere \u015fi linii &#8211; care definesc rela\u0163iile organizatorice dintre p\u0103r\u0163ile componenta ale structurii (posturile \u015fi compartimentele).<br \/>Organigrama este o anex\u0103 la ROF \u015fi \u00eendepline\u015fte un dublu rol:<br \/>1. rolul de instrument pasiv \u2013 de vizualizare, de reprezentare schematic\u0103 a structurii organizatorice;<br \/>2. rolul de instrument activ \u2013 de analiz\u0103 a modului de proiectare.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen func\u0163ie de sfera de cuprindere organigramele pot fi:<br \/>\u2022 generale sau de ansamblu \u2013 ilustreaz\u0103 structura organizatoric\u0103 a firmei \u00een ansamblu;<br \/>\u2022 par\u0163iale \u2013 redau \u00een detaliu componen\u0163a organizatoric\u0103 a unor subunit\u0103\u0163i ale firmei.<\/p>\n<p>Dup\u0103 forma reprezent\u0103rii organigramele pot fi:<br \/>\u2022 piramidale;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 ordonate de la st\u00e2nga la dreapta;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 circulare.<\/p>\n<p>Este necesar ca \u00eentre structura de organizare \u015fi organigram\u0103 s\u0103 nu se pun\u0103 semnul de egalitate.<br \/>Organigrama nu reprezint\u0103 dec\u00e2t desenul structurii.<br \/>Organigrama structural\u0103 reprezint\u0103 un alt concept, mult mai amplu, cu mult mai multe nuan\u0163e, iar organigrama trebuie adaptat\u0103 \u00een timp, \u00een func\u0163ie de factorii prezenta\u0163i anterior.<br \/>Structura de organizare nu este fix\u0103<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Structura de organizare a firmei de afaceri interna\u0163ionale se exprim\u0103 prin 3 documente:1.
